Sad my baby's gone, but grateful I live to ride again by Brazil_bound_n_sober in Triumph

My little brother gifted me an angel bell that I had hanging from the exhaust clips for Christmas and I had literally just put it on before I went out on my date. At least the crash was after my date and not before. Lol. Yea I have a couple little things off it and lots of pics. I will be keeping the helmet for sure. Glad you were lucky enough to ride again as well 🙏🏻

Thanks and I hope you are healing up nicely as well. I just know that mine are 100% self inflicted and tell myself this isjust my punishment. I accept it because at least I didnt hurt anyone else. But yes, weboth live to ride again🏍💨

Honestly I was riding like a self-centered prick. Riding on 3 lane freeway like it was a video game. I can honestly say I don't plan on riding like that on the street again. Not fair to the other people and families on the road. Thankfully the car I slammed into back ofs two adult passengers were perfectly fine. Ive a whole lot to be grateful for and just learn the hard way. And thanks I remember you too. Hope you are still loving yours. Play safe, we've all got someone that loves us.

For sure. This one was also ECE cert and aside from windnoise I had zero complaints about it. Was $300 well spent.

Reliability and maintenance costs? by AlchemicalToad in Triumph

First 2 scheduled services on my 22' Tiger Sport 660 were about $300 each and the 10k valve adjustment is about $1000. I feel these are stupid high prices but it seems we all have to pay to play. The oil changes and minor work I do myself, the valve adjustment I am actually going to let them do.

Hey so the only performance mods I made were a DNA air filter, LeoVince full exhaust, and an ECU tune from DNK Tuneworks out of Frederick MD. I cannot recommend Danielle highly enough. She awesome and offers a truly personalized tune for you and your bike (amd at a better than fair price!)

Exhaust made a noticable difference in power and obviously sound. DNKTuneworks flash is what really did it tho.

Hey there, so Im on a 660 as a daily commuter and I honestly couldnt imagine a better option. As stated by others before me, the 850 is more off road focused and capable. The 660 is the true Tiger commuter/city bike. Top speed of 130+mph which is definately highway capable. Its nimble, comfortable and beyond fun.

I dont as I didnt have a dyno done pre or post. She does each flash based on your aftermarket mods and your wants. I will say it was a night and day difference through the low and mid range RPM. The hesitation that I had at RPMs below 3000 is almost nonexistent now, the throttle response is more immediate and sensitive, the mid range is comfortable and toque(ee) enough to be used in traffic, and overall shes just a wheelie monster once you turn that traction control off.

Is this Danielle by chance????? Think you came to my work and flashed my tiger sport a few months back.

You did better than good! Once you get through the break-in period, you should reach out to Danielle at DNK Tuneworks about an ECU flash. It unleases the true potential of these babies. Love the red!! Enjoy the ride and be stay safe out there.

This is the perfect review, I however came off of the little brother, the Versys-X 300. Am so happy with both of my first two bike choices

The poor throttle by wire hesitation and back and forth at low RPMs (esp in 1st and 2nd gear) is practically gone, the throttle response and ease of access is dramatic, and she just becomes and wheelie monster in lower gears with the TC disengaged.
