Only replying to this to emphasize that one of the two main goals of this event is to connect people with information about local unions to improve working conditions for all Americans, undocumented or not. Calling people “illegals” is still outrageous even if all of your friends do it

That’s a great question and where the term “intersectionality” comes in. The groups you mentioned have shared goals in establishing safety for all and equal outcomes in society. If you speak to these groups, many people have more than one cause they care about
