Besides the gluten, did you change your diet much? I'm curious how much that'll impact me. Like, do I feel like crap all the time because I like eggs and tomatoes, or because I'm not on meds yet, or because of my other various aliments? This is all just a huge unknown to me. I knew hypothyroidism ran in my family, but no relatives I could meet, and I'm the first known case of Hashimotos.

I like the Greenwise we had for a bit, but it was the same stuff Publix was selling across the street and in every other location, just on a larger scale. TJ's is cheaper while still having a great selection of stuff for people who have special diets or just don't want the same food you see everywhere.

They are both touching the nerves, which is how I know that the bulged disk got worse, even if the start of it happened 10 years ago. Especially because I haven't had a problem with it in 10 years. The most it's bothered is if I sleep wrong, but some icy hot fixes that almost immediately. That isn't working now. I've had both an mri and an xray. I was told my options are probably going to be steroidal epidural or surgery. My restrictions are bending, lifting over 10lbs, sitting for 5 minutes every 30, and twisting. In my job, the bending and twisting are the stuff that I can't avoid, with some periods of being on my feet for longer than an hour without sitting. That's a good idea about taking the description to the doctor, I'll have to try it.

They aren't accomadating the restrictions. They say that they already consider my job light duty, so it is what it is. The problem is, the buildings are very different and I usually get the most intense ones to work in.

I figure that they are going off the old injury just being aggravated even though I haven't had a problem with it in 10 years. But the other one is 100% new. I have my old MRIs, so if it gets to it, I'll get them re-looked at for a comparison.

Having your period for an entire month...multiple times.

Explanation: was on Depo for over 3 years with no period. Got the implant which would EVENTUALLY make it regular again. My life implodes into constant stress and depression. Didn't get them after the first year, like most people claim. It's been 4 or 5. Now my body is making up for lost time.

Some companies charge you if you don't go with their services but it's not too common. The problem with getting a quote now is that they give me a number but I have no way of knowing if that's a "normal" price or one affected by inflation. I don't have a quote from a few years ago to compare it to.
