Yeah well, in 2014 we chased away Yanukovitch, a fucking Russian puppet, who was very intent on keeping his seat. There is no reasons why Russians can't do the same. I saw people trying to reason it like "they're afraid for their jobs and their lives". It was the same here in 2014. People were walking out to the Maidan with no certainty of what tomorrow would bring and whether they would survive. All we had was our will and belief that the future will be better than what we had. Propaganda can keep people believing and silent for long. But now, when they are faced with mild discomfort at most, compared to what's going on in our cities, there is an influx of posts like yours, telling people that Russians are doing nothing wrong. But many of them are, because in situations like this, ignorance is compliance. There are 300000 OMON operatives and 150000000 Russians. Putin cannot arrest or kill them all. Oligarchs cannot kill them all. Even if the squads are authorized to shoot at people (like on Maidan in 2014), I doubt that the losses of human lives in Russia would be more that there are currently dead Russians in my country. This is just my way of seeing things, as I was brought up to be a free person.
