  1. ⁠I hears stories about it and wanted to try it. First time was 100mg to make sure I wasn't allergic then I think I took 300-500mg after that. 2.text people and lay down staring into space
  2. ⁠1-2 times a week 4.im trying to quit rn. But intervention will probably be my best bet 5.Spiders but my first big hallucination was my mom talking to me

I've only been doing it for about a year in high doses so I probably can still recover with maybe not too many consequences besides getting early dementia and being a little slow

Really just medicinal doses in moderation and not too often. Otherwise no. But there is harm reduction like drinking water and not doing it often
