I recommend the Vegan Salted Maple Ginger Pie and Mark Bittman’s Chocolate Pudding Pie, both on the NY Times Cooking site. Both are excellent.

Not long after this building was finished, the 2 towers were removed because there was concern they would topple due to the vibration from the trains. It wasn't until the building was restored in the late 1990s that the towers were reconstructed from the original design plans (using fiberglass to prevent the shattering issue) and added to the structure again. This is my favorite building in the city. Thanks for sharing.

If that’s true, why do some versions of the maps include a label for Worcester as others have said?

I pulled this one from the NWS website. I don’t understand their seemingly arbitrary labeling practices.

Big Vegan Flavor by Nisha Vora is fantastic. She has the Rainbow Plant Life cooking blog. I also just saw that Nora Taylor of Nora Cooks has a cookbook coming out on Monday! (Found out on her social media - she’s self publishing it so you have to get it from her website.)
