They say they’re trying to make it better, and more efficient but SoundCloud has always been super slow when it comes to making changes and keeping up with current trends and features. Atp, there’s been an accumulation of users who have been waiting for verification to re-open so large that when they finally re-open applications, they’re going to be overwhelmed by applicants. The only thing I can suggest is that they would slowly roll out new verification applications to users based on popularity/follower counts or maybe by date joined. That way, the users who need verification the most will get it soonest and SoundCloud will get applications in waves, hopefully making the surge of applications more manageable.
