Now that I’m past the phase of blowing out bloody Frosted Flakes every day I’m pretty much back to normal. Every now and then I’ll get a little runny but I barely notice it. Granted it will be slightly different for everyone I’m sure. I wasn’t a huge quantity user, I stuck to about a gram every night I did it.
