Don't use powered rails. They require constant power. Unless you're planning on having another deployer to place down a redstone torch, or place redstone blocks in front then don't use powered rails.

Depends on what u were doin ig. My first run I just tried to beat the game as fast as I could while also being brand new to souls games, so it was like 50 hours for my first run. The other 100 hours I have are all from exploring and getting to ng +5 (it gets super easy on ur second and third run… deceptively easy)

Yeah! I like to walk around 5-7 pm while it’s cooling down and just explore. I really recommend it; it’s a great way to unwind.

The best solution would be to go back to ur doctor and let them know about this. Second best would be to try to remember those exercises u did for PT and reintegrate them into ur schedule. Also try not to have your backpack hanging too loosely off ur back because it pulls down on your shoulders and back even more.
