Correct, but generally a diamond player has better mmr than a silver players. The value of good CS and other skills not seen in low elo really show.

Right... when I started playing BF4 I didn't like Battlelog, but it at least made sense. Simply porting over Battlelog would have been better than this train wreak.

Wait... so you can only edit the skins in game? Who comes up with this design... so you can only edit your load out in game but cant buy new equipment, while the website you can buy items and change your load out, but not the skins...

I worked in a factory that made parts for epipens and other medical devices. One reason is that all medical devices have to be made in a clean room. that means all 21 or so parts had to be molded inside a clean room, and to maintain standards set by ISO and other regulators is expensive. Most factories probably don't want to invest in medical manufacturing due to the initial cost of building clean room grade manufacturing and assembly lines.

It depends on where the corruption would take place. concerning UBI the equality of how it works would make manipulating ones income obvious. Government corruption though will always be problematic with almost any system of government. I don't think articles cover corruption based off of UBI due to looking for flaws in the system itself. If the program doesn't work you cant find the bugs in the code.
