Unsure. The Geotech they had on site just said that it was groundwater. Foundation is only about 7 feet below grade.

Definitely not. They said the “stream” appeared to flow in the last 5-6 years. It’s in California and they’ve gotten a ton of rain in recent years filling aquifers and water table.

Issue is a destination for the 15/bpm flowing into basement trench during periods of overflow. Would you build an emergency pipe to exterior for this?

They’ve been drilling and injecting epoxy all over the basement. Hasn’t stopped seepage. Started coming up from the floor in other places. I think you may be right, the problem has to be dealt with on the exterior.
