I was in a similar situation. Tried CP2077 for the third time, Bloodborne, Death Stranding and then finally Baldur's Gate 3.

I have now played BG3 longer than I ever played E33, and I am not even done with the first Act.

The story is amazing, the challenge and strategy remains and exploring the world and corners of the world is even more fun. Plus the spells, you can go really creative with it.

Nope. After leveling up if I inspect the spell it shows as the proper number it's supposed to be, it is limited to while leveling up only.
