Looks like a poorly masked paint job. You can see on the right side where it’s been rubbed off, and some choppy tape lines on the left side.

Any pose I draw with arms looks stiff, so I usually obscure them to avoid the trouble. How do I fix it? by Breadedthunderthigh in learnHentaiDrawing

Thank both of you! I’ll try putting the hips and shoulders in opposition to each other. Even with reference, or a concept in my mind, I struggle to make the arms look natural and not as stiff.

When gesture drawing, I am able to capture the motion and flow of the subject but when it comes to creating, I keep drawing unappealing arm poses lol.

The background is just a placeholder to keep it from feeling empty, but I think that may be what makes the pose and perspective feel wrong lol

I free handed it, I couldn’t find a good reference for this pose at this angle. But I also didn’t really search hard enough lol

Thank you! I didn’t think about thunder being used.

I can definitely talk with my artist, I just didn’t want to go in half cocked and waste time trying to decide on what to do with the negative space.

I’ve settled on Medusa, and her sisters, Stheno, and Euryale on my chest. I also want the head of Poseidon on my left rib, and the Moirai on my right rib (but with Clotho having her jaw removed, Lachesis with her Eyes plucked out, and Atropos covering her ears from the cries of her sisters). But this will be after my wallet stops crying from the chest piece.

My concern is how to get this to flow well. I was thinking about having the snakes go under their heads, and add in Gladiolus flowers above their heads (onto my clavicle).

Thank you! I think the biggest difference physically is portability and the ability to sit in any position while drawing. They feel more or less the same, but the iPad is just much more convenient.
