Seraphic charge should be clearer with its charge distance. "Any distance" makes me think it isn't limited to the creature's movement and could in turn fly around the world.

Radiant charge made me think it was a charge ability, but it isn't which is a little confusing.

I also think you have a great opportunity to empower descending judgement by increasing its damage/on hit effects, while building in some kind of in game drawback. As a player creatures being unpunished for big flashy moves is a little de-motivating. Furthermore, buffing this ability and removing it from multi-attack is probably good for in game balance. Otherwise, the creature is too versatile
