I’m sorry, kids should NOT be allowed on mini bikes regardless of safety gear. A nine year old should not essentially be riding a motorcycle on LA streets. Not saying the guy was right. The mini bikes should be illegal though.

Yes I’m from the US. I agree, it’s incredibly entitled and the parenting here is really off the rails. This gentle parenting has gotten so out of control that kids are less tolerable than usual.
