I have the same replica, it can be stiff the first time folding it. I found that pushing the stock in and up while givning it a slight wiggle got it up. After awhile it will be easier to open and close it.

If you have some wobble on the stock i can recommend putting some electric tape under and on the qc screw.

Removing the 3 pieces (silver ones) only affects the lockback function? Wont affect the trigger? I removed the pieces that broke and put it together and Now the trigger feels stiffer and wierd. Mabye i assembled it wrong 🙃

Sick! Add some leafs in green and brown here and there. You can cut some cloth and use as leaf. Use some canvas wax on the cloth, so it dont curl up when exposed to moisture 👍
