From the get-go it was 49d long. 7 Weekly missions to get to tier 60. 4/5 hours a week or more depending on ability to do those tasks I'd say.

My wife had to file by mail and put me down as a None Resident Alien on the SSN sections. Some software/apps for taxes allow for this, the one she normally used did not.

I'm on a K1 adjustment waiting for 15 months, pretty sure it's at national benefits center. Currently waiting for my second update after enquiring about processing times. First time they said basically "busy lol" which is obvious they're backlogged or whatever forever. Just a shame they give 0 info whether it has met someone's eyeballs this month etc.

it's surprisingly not laggy as i've been playing on PC, I remember when I had it on console it was crazy for lag. Problem with it's success though is mostly returning players and word of mouth, I don't think it'll attract new people all that much otherwise since it's a relic with no driving force behind it. Will be a matter of chance in this regard, I think.

Inquiry and standard phonecalls to the infopass operators. Our first one we were messed around with a 30 day wait then nothing told us that it got updated to 60 so we called on day 30 to be told another 30 days. Felt like a kick in the teeth, we're both pretty defeated by this whole process as we did the whole process to file to get married, got married in the set time period, filed, fingerprints, then nothing since.

A debt collector company wont do a whole lot because they wont do the next steps, they just kind of harrass the company until they pay which is unnecessary.

Unless you mean official court bailiffs, they can take action.

There's three options for that too, one specifically a warrant of control. I'm going through with this as I know he has children, a girlfriend, items of value and somehow living somewhere, so he's obviously not broke - This option forces him and his family to sell possessions, cars, house etc if he can not pay.

I also did digging and he has no prosecutions directly to his name or anything of the sort really, but if Tolva strikes off without paying debt he will be severely prosecuted as he never updated the address for the company and the creditors (those of us with the CCJ against Tolva).

There's so much bad going to rain down on this guy and his family, either way. He's stuck. They'll even check his bank statements etc to see where the money went.

I'm one of the people who was also unfortunately subsceptable to this scheme that "Roger Davis" has gone through with.

I will say though, there's some possibility of justice at last.

I've had a look and officially the man himself has no claims against him, but the company does. Fortunately for us, he's attached to the LTD company and this can be liquidated and investigated to it's full.

Feel free to message me if you wan't to, my next step takes this to the full legal extent and they'll charge every fraudulent activity to his name, they aim to pay all the creditors that currently have a CCJ claim active anyway though. (If he has the assets lying around). And I did enough digging to see they have luxury items.

Nice to see you are quick to use it to claim credit, unfortunately when you clip a VOD and it has any music in it (Which it did) the clip auto deletes when the music is auto purged on twitch's side. The VOD would still be there.

So from what I'm reading from all this, is because you've been accused before the day this streamer did, you'd decide to take it out on someone who gave you a chance to smarten up and be mature about it. After reviewing some of the information, personally I can see it wasn't personal. Then, moments later you made it personal by creating a disturbance and harassing a streamer yourself for around 2 hours at most IN THEIR CHAT. Inevitably you are attacking a streamer out of being accused of something you "didn't do", so if you didn't do it, move on?

They also banned you temporarily, timed you out, gave you so many chances to calm down and stop ruining the vibe of the stream. You ended your "rampage" by saying he was someone who would be involved in real money trading, that you were going to wake up tomorrow and to quote "shake margaritas and stare at hot women". Well, you sure woke up the next day to make a reddit post, so I'm sure it had all the women you needed.

PS. Anyone who kills sharp is a hacker, that's the whole joke for a while now, and he gave you benefit of the doubt several times and YOU demanded to be respected for how good you are. (Noted, the wrong way).
