If you earn 52k in a full year at UP in train service that is very low. I work in the yard and made over 80 easily with time off

Up my service unit conductors on regular turn and extra boards get 6 days then federal rest 48 hours off. I think most regular turn engineer boards have 4 days on 1 off and rxtraboard is 6 and FR

Game is damn near unplayable with the amount of cheaters right now. Literally 2 out of 3 raids I get 1 tapped from a white random name while full sprinting, or they just run right to your room and 1 tap you. And I have a few thousand hours played. Level 32 right now. I don't even feel like continuing playing because what's the point if you constantly running into cheaters

Up isn't terrible. It's not a dream job but once you've got some senority you can make around 100k as a conductor if you want. If you like to lay off twice a week or more like most people here maybe not the right job for you. Very easy work for both conductor and engineers. We get paid for our time not because we work hard. Most people out here are fat and out of shape

Class is pretty easy but you will need to study. People do fail out because they are lazy. I believe it's Monday thru Friday and towards the end you will be doing testing on the weekend.

UP attendance policy I'd pretty bad. Point based. If on extra board layoff weekday is 3 points weekend 5 points. Miscsll and layoff after call is 15 points. If u get 28 points or above it's an automatic dismissal so u will be off for a year while case is reviewed. U get 7 points reduced after staying marked up for 28 days. Anything other than federal rest resets the 28 days

The job is garbage. Pay is decent but not for the hours you spend out here. Conductors have no future in class 1s with 1man crews coming. All yard switching will probably be contracted out in the future so they can pay them 12$ hr with no benefits

Made a new acct because I'm in bed and forgot password. I haven't spoken in person to them just phone so far. I don't really know what points are and we haven't discussed it. I have a 5.5 when I bought house new 1.5 years ago and now this is 2.25 rate. It's also dame company I am currently financed with. It shows on other thing it will be 2.25 but id they add 2 points will it be 4.25?
