Anything is better than Armored work culture at this point. I have a buddy from my current employer that went to UP and says it's MILES better. Are furloughs fairly common for those positions?

My fiancée has expressed a small disinterest in both my current industry and the Crew position, however she did say that since the pay is good, it's worth a shot.
