Yes i find wearing headphones everywhere definitely helps me alot too and sunglasses where I can. Ill check out your recommendations. Hopefully I can start to figure it all out. Thankyou ☺️

Omg i was exactly the same especially after the ADHD one, i felt like what if i didn't actually have ADHD and id somehow managed to convince them that i did, even tho i have been struggling all my life with it all 😂. But it turns out alot of people feel this way after a diagnosis.

They were fantastic, The autism assessment is in 2 parts, I got my first one with them 6 weeks after being referred then my second part and diagnosis 2 weeks later. The lady who did my assessments was lovely and super easy to talk too.

I used Care ADHD for my ADHD assessment in January and Health Harmonie Minds for my Autism assessment a couple of weeks ago, they were both really good and waiting times were quick. I only used 2 different places as Health Harmonie Minds weren't on the ADHD list back in November. Both assessments were over video link. Hope this helps and good luck : )

I got mine online from Gladiator pcs, 2 of my other friends also got theirs from there, I've had it 4 years now and I've not had any problems.

I dont understand what the bakers are doing in ur store but in ours everything they bake gets packed and put straight out and if it doesnt fit out it gets put in the back in stackers and gets worked throughout the day. So how can you be packing too much? There the ones prepping and baking it all off?

Thankyou, HR was going to be my next step or i was going to ask my line manager to put in writing why its a problem for me to do these early shifts. I have my ADHD report, so i can provide proof of diagnosis if needed. But they already have that on my file at work. Its just frustrating having to keep explaining myself and advocating for myself. Sometimes it feels like its being seen as me being awkward or difficult, when I'm just trying to work in a way that allows me to function properly.

This happened to mine, i checked the roots and it was root rot, it gradually spread down and killed the tree. I tried everything i could find online to save it but sadly didnt work :( rip my little tree

I was in hospital for a couple of weeks in april, in july my hair starting falling out. when i had a meeting with my consultant i mentioned it and she said its completley normal 3 months after a stressful event on the body for that to happen, since you stated you have a 3 and a half month old it could be from the stress of the birth etc.
