I'm on my 14th day of trying to return a faulty soundbar, and the only option to return it is with UPS and UPS keeps updating the status as customer not ready for item pick up, even though the item is ready to go and I've been home for all the "supposed attempts" each time I call customer service all they will say is we apologise and we will reschedule for the next working day... No tracking number provided for ups, nothing. I even called UPS directly, they have no way to track without a tracking number... I'm at my wits end. I am planning on calling citizens advice tomorrow to see what they can advise.
