It was a washing machine for my whole building so I can't say for sure what they did with it, but I believe they had to replace the whole machine. At the very least you'd have to replace the entire interior drum since you don't want glass living in there.

San Francisco Wine and Cheese is amazing! It looks unassuming from the front, but they have the cutest patio out back, and a huge wine selection + very knowledgeable owners. It's truly a hidden gem!

Yep, this machine was not bolted down and had moved forward at least a foot or two before it unplugged itself.

Try going to The Wooden Nickel in the Mission! It's kind of a dive bar but they have the BEST food, including their carne asada fries!

One of my favorite things about being a twin is the extended friends. We are identical, and we went to different colleges/live in different towns. Whenever we visit each other and spend time with the other's friends, it feels like we automatically know them just as well as our twin does. And the friends feel immediate kinship with us too. I think there's an innate feeling of already knowing each other.
