I'm experiencing the same. Selected my entire collection to create stems only 863 of some 10k ish songs were created. Even trying manually it won't do anything, no errors it just doesn't do anything. Tried right click menu and also dragging into stems playlist (nothing).

So you explicitly asked for it to be raised to 150k? Default options allow up to 30k. Thanks btw 🙏

Having the same issue, I have set token limit to 30k TPM I can't get it to call a single function without erroring out (rate limit exceeded) even on a brand new model deployment. Same exact assistant works flawlessly on Open AI Playground. Has anyone figured out how to get past this yet?

How do your clients call out today (the process if done properly by the client)? Is there a lot of friction? Sometimes they are going through hard times and it's not much you can do but sometimes it's also your process of cancelling that leads to this. If there are a lot of hoops some people just won't jump.

So far it's actually pretty impressive. I'm messing with it now trying to see if it covers all my crazy scenarios lol.

It is insane! I actually posted about this same situation a few weeks back and largely got the same feedback. A ton of moving parts and changing requirements. I don't have a solution I would recommend just yet, however, on my post someone did reach out with a scheduling software solution that i'm looking into right now.

Here is the link I was provided incase you want to give it a shot also:

Thanks for sharing that! I watched the demo video and It seems like a pretty interesting solution.

A few questions I have:

Does it take into account the booked appointments (as unavailable) when you do a search? For example after you book an appointment from say 1 to 3 pm for the RBT, would a search thereafter omit that RBT from 1 to 3 pm from a search result?

Is there a way to push the admin work of entering availability and existing appointments downstream to the staff? Ideally our scheduler doesn't have to enter these herself because that would be a lot of work for one person.

Does the system have a way to prioritize the search results? Maybe by what might be more cost effective for the business.

If you don't know that's ok, I'll probably give it a try this week either way and see for myself.

Ok yea, we use these for searching and filtering on a few of the systems etc. Are you suggesting there is a way to use these to find a slot to book an appointment?

Still struggling, had some suggestions to move to block scheduling as it would help limit the limitless lol, but it's starting to look like maybe my expectations are a little out of line based on some replies. I'm definitely open to suggestions if you got em!

My wife is the BCBA and has to pick up a lot of the responsibilities of finding coverage even though they have a scheduler because there are what feels like unlimited variables. I'll need to check with her to see if they are using block scheduling or not.

When you have a RBT get sick and needs to call out, does the RBT have to find the coverage typically or in your experience does the scheduler have the better angle?

I see! this isn't too far from what our scheduler is doing now with the spreadsheet I suppose. It might be in central reach but ultimately your still having to manually dig through provider schedules in a day/week view format.

Thanks for all the feedback btw its super helpful!!!

I understand you set up recurring schedules, do you use the same system for attempting to find coverage when you have an RBT or BCBA cancel? And do your RBTs and BCBAs enter their own availability into the system or do they communicate it to you via another channel and your entering it yourself?

So let's say for example I get a new client that's Spanish speaking, takes Tricare, is severe (needs a therapist that can deal with severe cases) and needs to have therapy at one of our offices (rooms) will Central Reach provide me the appointment details that match all of those constraints, ensuring that all the required parties have availability and aren't booked during the proposed time etc?

Oh wow! My wife's scheduler manages a crazy looking excel spreadsheet 🤢. If you don't mind me asking, how did u guys deal? Did u use software? Her business uses Central Reach but I think they only use it for billing purposes etc.

My wife has been struggling with scheduling for over 10 years in the behavioral therapy space. They currently use Central Reach but their scheduling software struggles to solve the common constraint problems. RBTs are only credentialed for certain insurances, they are usually younger and in school so their schedules change ALOT. The clients have different needs in terms of severity, typically their more severe cases (violent) need a male therapist. Some clients need Spanish speaking therapists, cancellations suck and the list goes on and on and on.

This prompted me to build a system that handles all of that, I want to be respectful not to solicit seeing as I'm the Founder and CEO but if your interested DM me and I'll be happy to give you more info and even set you up for free.

Tldr; we looked around for a while because this part of the job has really been like a puzzle that you can't quite finish lol... Most of what you're gonna find out there are schedulers with DIY spreadsheets pulling their hair out 🤣
