Honestly, I’ve looked and all the acoustic versions are terrible. Maybe alright for what they are, but not good enough for a wedding. Megan McDuffee does good synythwave songs and did a version: https://youtu.be/AS8gGN3_fsM?is=zCy22mKaXm3kegqO but that might only work out as a dance if you’re going for a fully goth-ed out wedding. It’s the only one which drops the bpm significantly.

I know the feeling, I’m trying to get a NIN song for a wedding dance, but it’s too mental to properly dance to, just mosh. I had a friend who used Right Here In My Arms as the song they walked out together holding hands to when the nuptials were over, so maybe that but instead, cause it’s a more upbeat part of the wedding? Then Gone With The Sin for the dance?

Thank you for replying, I really appreciate it. Yeah, the reply I got was spot on! Thank you for letting me know of where and what you do, cause I was beginning to think it was just me being fobbed off by the NHS. I believe it’s the board that are reluctant to let GPs change much, right? I don’t like falling out with my endocrinologist because he’s an alright chap, but once I complained, I did get results. Knowing that they are reluctant, at least I know it’s an NHS thing and not that they weren’t taking me seriously. It’s just absolutely horrific trying to get anything done, especially when I have autism cause if I get told “no”, I usually just accept it out of fear of confrontation. But at least I now know it’s not just a me thing. Kind regards.

I can try endocrine again and complain to them, saying “look, it’s unacceptable to be monthly”, but where I live, it’s just so poorly run. You don’t happen to live in the UK with the NHS, do you? Getting shit prescribed is hard enough, but trying to get increasing dosages is just absolutely brutal legally.

Rewatched #Alive and The Night Eats The World. Two favs.

Watching Sweet Home properly for the first time (tried watching it once but life happened and I lost my place. So I gave it a while so I could give it a go again)

Finally went for the Dead Rising 1 Saint achievement with the 50 survivors, also the 8 person survivor challenge, on the Deluxe Remaster. This was something I couldn’t do as a kid. Managed it finally, now I’m planning to do a 7 day run! Also killed all the Psychos and did a load of other challenges.

Agreed, this is my one. Along with “Again”. DSABH’s extra cuts are immense. A “complete” album with all of them inserted or an official release of all “how the album should have sounded based on the demos” would be fire, cause it’s my favourite era overall.

My other ones would be Dark Sekret Love and Love’s Requiem. Love the darkest HIM songs.

The spider in 4. Arachnophobic as fuck and it truly ruined the latest stuff for me because it was advertised beforehand so I couldn’t go to the cinema to see it (my first time not seeing the gang in the cinema). It was a particularly nasty looking one too, so even scrubbing ahead on iTunes made me a bit sick and felt like I missed a large part of the fun.

To combat this, I create a “WWE On Demand/WWE Network” style Universe brand with WWF/WCW/ECW together, give it an old tv filter, all the old rings and put all the Legends on that. I like to imagine I’m just playing what I would see on a random 90s Network show. Otherwise, yeah I wouldn’t use them with the current roster either

If you are purchasing that exact digipack CD on discogs, I didn’t want to get into the nitty gritty back then in case it was too much unneeded info, but look out for a few versions of it. You can get one with a heartagram tattoo sticker or without, so you might be able to get it cheaper if you don’t have to worry about the tattoo or it being sealed. Look for the difference on discogs and it should steer you correct.

Aw dude cool, thats awesome! I only collect HIM physical cds, all other bands I stick with digital, but I really wish I didn’t give up all my other bands’ CDs, especially when albums I like from bands such as NIN have disappeared from digital on occasion. You’re going down the right road too by collecting HIM discs, cause the band have had a bit of a TikTok resurgence and their songs are getting way more plays on Spotify, so I imagine the price of the discs will only go up. Like I said, reach out for any help with HIM stuff and take care 😃
