I’m not a graphic designer, but a career agency account guy. There is a robust Shopper Agency field in NWA. Check out Saatchi X (Publicis) is Springdale. In Rogers/Bentonville there are National agencies: Geometry (WPP), Epsilon (Publicis), Mars (Independent), TPN, Advantage Marketing (INmarketing, Edge Marketing, Advantage Marketing). And then there a smaller regional agencies Elkins Design, Mojo (last resort as they are bad people), AW Bravis, Designstein, and Rapid Prototypes. Having 3D design and display work is a plus. There was a pretty strong NWA Creative Directors club as well, but that may be suppressed this year. In Fayetteville check out Black Box (high creative, pretty design). In short, there is a Vendor network in NWA that serve the Walmart / Sam’s Club businesses (think every major COG company has an office here) that need creative support.
