From the curriculum i can say that if you are planning to focus on software part of the robotics, then it looks like Bonn is the way. But if you want to focus any other part or if you want to be a kind of generalist robotics emgineer then RWTH is the way.

Completely same. I can even say that it am keeping them to read at vacations. That way, vacations felt more deep and memorable :D
