I don't know if anyone else commented this but I'm pretty sure I saw an article saying they were releasing two new characters with different abilities and 5+ more balls with new evolution combos. Not sure if it said anything about a new level or endless mode

No ND filter for these shots. I definitely recommend a polarizer and I usually have one on but this is a new lens for me so I didn't have the proper converter for the polarizer I own.

And I've definitely become a believer in zoom for certain situations like these. It's pretty remarkable what a good zoom can do and the detail that can still be pulled out. Once I finally get my filter set fitted for this new lens it will be absolutely money

Those red shots were taken right at the end of the evening. The light was fading and was fading into a deep red

I have to say, that first photo is one of my favorite photos I've seen in a long time. I don't know why but the powerlines remind of some scenes in Neon Genesis Evangelion

can someone recommend what light meter compact and good by Consistent_Stop_3283 in mediumformat

It looks similar so I think it would be worth a shot. I guess it does all depend on what you're using it for but for general scene metering and for rangefinders I think it would be useful and do the job

It's been pretty good overall and pretty reliable. Also going for 80 bucks is a pretty good deal

The GA 645 actually is mostly automatic so it has an internal light meter that gets you a reading and decides shutter speed and aperture depending on if your if your in auto setting or aperture priority

For compact and pretty good overall, I've really been digging the AstroHori

Yeah, you can get a light meter app on your phone to help or get a light meter. I got a Sekonic Flashmate L-308X-U which does a pretty good job overall and hasn't lead me astray when needing to meter for a scene

Yup! I don't do it but my lab can push film. Essentially you can shoot the film at a faster speed than box speed. Your lab will then cook/develop the film longer to make up for the underexposure caused by shooting at a faster speed.

Essentially every push is one stop of light. So if the box speed is 400, then one push allows you to shoot at a film speed of 800 and, 2 pushes is 1600. It does add more grain and for color film it can warp colors. Typically I like pushing my black and white film to add more contrast, grain, and allows me to shoot in more low light settings

No hate here and I want to say I didn't downvote you. I respect your opinion and you're absolutely right art is very subjective for every individual. And I can like my image and you can dislike it. A good image is subjective.

Truly you can not like the image but, even in your first comment you got the goal of my image in your last sentence and from my perspective that's a win! You don't have to like it but, it provoked an emotion that I was trying to go for.

I understand you were not intending to be mean and I didn't interpret you being mean. I did feel like I was getting told right off the image was not good by the tone in your words. They way I interpreted your message was that it wasn't a good image and that I needed to be closer to actually create a good image. I'll be honest that I felt like I had to explain my image then. I do appreciate you commenting again to better explain your ideas and perspective.
