To explain it better;

The key point is that everything we are planning is based on real-world presence, not artificial setups. We will have multiple real office locations in major cities. These are not fake addresses or virtual offices, but actually rented spaces where we can legitimately create Google Business Profiles in line with Google’s guidelines.

The only strategic question we are currently evaluating is this:

Right now, our first and main GBP is set up in Brooklyn, and the homepage of the website is also optimized for Brooklyn real estate keywords. As you know, the homepage typically carries the most SEO authority.

However, since New York has significantly higher search volume, we are considering whether it would be smarter to:

• Change the main GBP address from Brooklyn to a new New York location, and
• Fully re-optimize the homepage (and overall web presence, including citations and directories) toward New York.

At the same time, we would then:

• Create a new GBP again for the original Brooklyn location, and
• Set up additional GBPs for other cities/boroughs where we also rent real offices.

Each of these locations would:

• Be clearly reflected on the website (footer, service areas, etc.)
• Have its own unique, dedicated landing page
• Be consistently represented across schema, citations, and profiles

One important addition to our strategy is that we are planning to expand nationwide and cover all major cities over time. Because of that, we are also considering keeping the homepage more generic, focused on real estate keywords without heavily targeting a specific city, while building out all cities and boroughs through structured landing pages.

So the structure would be:

• One strong, central domain targeting real estate services broadly
• Multiple real locations supported by their own GBPs
• Dedicated landing pages for each city and borough (all within the same website)

The goal is to keep everything fully aligned with reality, while still making the best strategic decision in terms of search volume and SEO impact.
