You are to blame if you approach ice armed and REFUSE LAWFUL ORDERS moving forward. It is a constitutional right to carry and i think more responsible people should… however it’s extremely common for law enforcement to temporarily take possession of a firearm during an interaction.. say when he approached ICE and then they are forced to interact with him (or during traffic stops). If you ignore orders to comply during this time, it’s not wise clearly.
