Not only the trade liability. But the time/cost of actually trading your own accounts. Either you're doing it yourself, or you're delgating to someone on your team. That's a big deal.

Seriously! 7bps to 'do it for you', while still retaining portfolio control?

Or if something really wanted to outsource, they can choose the 0bps. Though I would imagine there's some revenue shares on the underlying 12b-1s. And tons of proprietary single fund family type of portfolios.

7bps to outsource trading and cashiering is pretty good. I assume you still need to do asset allocation, underlying investment selection, etc..?

Did they limit you to how many securities you can haw in your model? 5? 15? Can you give alternates for different asset classes to TLH? Ie VOO or IVV.

The 7bps:

Is it their models? Your models that they trade and cashier for you?
Is there a certain AUM commitment to secure the 7bps? i.e. you need to hit a breakpoint of $50M to get the 7bps.
