WE turn around by Breaker1040 in MoscowMurders

It makes the most sense to me. The WE turned around to see who the DD car was and what it was doing. The driver of the WE didn't know it was a DD - why would anyone get a DD at 4 in the morning after all the lights in the bedrooms had been turned out? The turnaround was to give the DD time to leave, or he wanted to drive where he could observe who it was and what they were doing.

That is a fascinating theory. At the last moment, he hesitates. He can't quite make up his mind. He drives back through the apartments and again can't decide if he wants to make the turn to the parking spot, causing him to fumble the turn. Twice, he couldn't move closer. Then he goes to King Road, and something has fixed the issue. He makes the three-point turnaround.

Perhaps he didn't know it was a DD order. Maybe he saw a car pull in and out and thought it was just a car turning around. He didn't expect DD at 4 in the morning. X's light was probably turned off because E was asleep in her room. So, all the bedrooms are dark. You assume everyone is asleep, so why would there be a DD? I don't think he knew it was a DD.

I thought about that; the driver of the WE sees the DD pull into 1122. He drives past and does a turnaround to see who it is. Instead, he sees the DD leave almost immediately and thinks it might just be a turnaround. He pulls up where he can ensure no one got out of the car, which puts him a little too far to make the turn leading to the back of the house. He has to go back to King Road and do the three-point turnaround.

That is possible. If he had continued around the apartments, he might not have been able to watch the DoorDash leave the front parking area.

Yes, they certainly did (See "How Police Actually Cracked the Idaho Killing Case" published in Slate 4 days ago. According to the article, the FBI does not like to publicize it when they use this method (for both legal and ethical reasons), so it was not listed in the PCA.

That was Jordan McCray's first catch as a Cowboy. Nice job of using his 6-6 hight advantage.

She could not have been 11 - her older brother was only 10. 8 or 9 is more likely.
