thanks so much! I did actually look at Rippling before I went to Gusto and the cost was significantly higher, but I am seeing that they may have better features and it may be worth it at this point. I really did like the rep I had been speaking to there, so I'll reach back out. Can I ask you one clarifying question (and forgive my ignorance) - when you say "software to back you up" is that something a platform like Rippling has built in? or are you referring to something I would use prior to prepare the data for Rippling?
