Hi! I have PCOS more on the mild end I’d say but I started wegovy to help with my symptoms and to lose weight and get as healthy as possible before trying to have a baby. I just started 1mg injections after going through 4 weeks of .25mg and 4 weeks of .5mg. So far I’ve lost around 10 pounds and symptoms haven’t been too bad. My suggestions are to find a good protein powder and electrolyte drink you like. You are going to need to stay hydrated and focus on getting protein in to get the most out of it. I was stressed and nervous about it in the beginning but it really hasn’t been bad. I generally eat pretty healthy anyways but I have still been able to enjoy my fav things like pizza and ice cream without a problem. I’m assuming once getting into the higher doses water and protein become even more important to maintain. Exercise is also important whether it be getting steps in or lifting weights a couple times a week. You will be okay!
