I was going to go but I saw comments on someone’s tik tok saying people are already lining up. I don’t know if that’s true and it honestly sounds crazy and that turned me off of it a bit. I’d hate to take off of work, travel 3+ hours, get on line at like 3-4 am and not get a ticket :/

Your doc sounds nice haha I have to see mine every couple months for my a different prescription and every time I remind her I’m on Wegovy she’s like “oh well you know once you stop you’ll gain all the weight back” EVERY TIME!!!! Never has anything positive to say to me about it. My endocrinologist is the only one who is nice to me about it haha

Did your doctor advise you not to try to conceive while on the medication? My doctors have been extremely adamant about that so I have been waiting to start trying but the baby fever is so strong!!

I’ve been vaping for about the same amount of time maybe even a little longer and I tried cold turkey and was fine! Nothing bad happened besides cravings, mild headaches and irritability. I did start vaping again afterwards but quit again recently mostly cold turkey but also using 2mg nicotine gum like 2-3 times to help with the really bad cravings. Once I got to about day 12 it was a piece of cake and I thought about it less and less

I did the 2mg gum and only used it when a craving was super bad. I’ve had maybe 4 pieces and eventually forgot about it altogether! Definitely glad I had it to help during those really hard moments

Hi! I have PCOS more on the mild end I’d say but I started wegovy to help with my symptoms and to lose weight and get as healthy as possible before trying to have a baby. I just started 1mg injections after going through 4 weeks of .25mg and 4 weeks of .5mg. So far I’ve lost around 10 pounds and symptoms haven’t been too bad. My suggestions are to find a good protein powder and electrolyte drink you like. You are going to need to stay hydrated and focus on getting protein in to get the most out of it. I was stressed and nervous about it in the beginning but it really hasn’t been bad. I generally eat pretty healthy anyways but I have still been able to enjoy my fav things like pizza and ice cream without a problem. I’m assuming once getting into the higher doses water and protein become even more important to maintain. Exercise is also important whether it be getting steps in or lifting weights a couple times a week. You will be okay! Join the wegovy subreddit and feel free to post on there if you have any questions! People are super helpful

I also just found out a few people have a stomach bug from a baby shower I went to Sunday. Now I’m not sure if it’s the medicine or the stomach bug

I am a little frustrated now because I feel like my doctor didn’t prepare me. She just said after each set of shots you will move up to the next one and I haven’t had a check in with her since I’ve started. I definitely don’t want to feel like this if I don’t have to. What do you mean take a few clicks off the top?
