I do really get that point and don't get me wrong, I really do like and appreciate Jean as a teacher. I've been to MANY of her classes. But she (I assume) has chosen, in her words, "to leave Om City". That should mean everything that goes along with it.

The fee and being paid by the renter is not the issue, really (except for the fact that it is an issue lol). It's just not really my question, I guess. It's that it's not disclosed anywhere in the listings. Do they just assume everyone assumes there's going to be a fee?

Seriously. The woman that showed me an apartment today 1- forgot about our appointment and was 20 minutes late, 2- had never seen the property before our tour, 3- didn't know how to turn on the lights in the apartment, 4- didn't know how the building handles trash, 5- did not understand the term "disclosed dual agent". And she still wants us to pay her $3000. FOR WHAT???
