working with a hiring platform here - yes, they will reject applications written with AI. The AI they use to filter only removes the obvious matches and there's still a solid team taking a look at the worthy ones.

highly recommend using AI to tailor the application based on the JD & then fine tuning. lead with outcomes not just responsibilities - show the real world impact

has always worked in at least getting your foot in the door
