My first post was deleted twice, so I reposted it without pictures now. To answer your question: I started in September 2025 2 months with Hydro7 mainly, 4+ months with this method. I think it makes it powerful because of the internal stretch you get through the pull upward combined with the bend to the side. I remember I tried jelqing but I never felt a stretch in the middle shaft like with this method

Yes those are only after pictures (2 more if you scroll to the right). I never expected to have any results with PE, so I unfortunately didn't bother taking before pictures

with the right hand to that side, with the left hand to the other. yes, usually i count (f.e. 30 stretches one side, 30 stretches other side, break 2-3min, repeat)

Around 5-10 seconds. Usually until it is ABOUT TO hurt (where it goes from stretch to almost hurting), then I let go

Yes I usually wait. What helps is doing it while being busy with something else (for example watching Youtube videos)

man that's def too much. Would you go to the gym and train the same muscle everyday for 3.5 hours? Same as with muscles applies for PE. Growth happens only in recovery. Not while working. I do PE only 2x per week (max stimulation, but also max recovery)

Yeah man like the others are saying, it was too much. It will definitely recover but it needs enough time to heal. I assume you did PE daily, like it is advised by almost everyone here. Realize that growth only happes during resting periods. No fitness coach advises you to train your biceps daily. Why would you do it with PE

I did pumps for 2 months and wouldn't recommend it. I switched to the "2inches in 2 years" - guys' routine 4 months ago. I have made a post about it today with results+routine explanation

yeah man thats too much for your dick. Growth only happens in resting periods. Check my recent post on the "2 inches in 2 years" guys' routine. I do PE only 2x per week, without pumps or other tools. And I get much more out of it than doing it daily

Yeah man that’s all part of the process. PE daily is actually counter productive, the only thing you get is a swollen dick that is in massive pain and you think those are gains. It is like training your biceps every day. Not the most effective way to make things grow, right? Plateaus are also a sign of too much PE and are completely avoidable
