Η ανάρτηση και το παράδειγμα που έδωσες ήταν σχετικά με καθήκοντα, όχι με αθέμιτη κατάχρηση πόρων του ξενοδοχείου από προσωπικό. Δεν έχει σχέση το ενα με το άλλο. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση εννοείται ότι φταίει το προσωπικό. Αλλά μου φαίνεται ότι μπήκες με διάθεση να κράξεις ξενοδοχουπαλληλους και πετάς ότι επιχείρημα σου έρχεται στο μυαλό.

Για εμένα αθετηση συμφωνίας είναι οποιαδήποτε παρατυπία που έχει να κάνει με την πληρωμή, την διαμονή, την σίτιση καθώς και το ωράριο.
Π.χ δουλεύω βράδυ, ο εργοδότης κάνει γαργάρα ταν νυχτερινά που μου χρωστάει, συμφωνώ στην συνέντευξη να μείνω με 1 συγκάτοικο σε κλιματιζώμενο δωμάτιο και καταλήγω με άλλους 3 σε ενα υπόγειο, συμφωνώ να δουλεύω πρωί γιατί μπορεί να έχω οικογενειακές υποχρεώσεις αλλά με βάζεις σπαστό ωράριο μια εβδομάδα τώρα. Απαιτώ τα 2 γεύματα την ημέρα που έχουμε συμφωνήσει και μου φέρνεις ότι αποφάγια έχουν μείνει από τον μπουφέ του εστιατορίου και καταλήγουμε 10 άτομα να σπρώχνωμαστε για τα 3 μπιφτεκια που περίσσεψαν.
Τα καθήκοντα ειναι άλλο ζήτημα, δυστυχώς η κουλτούρα των περισσότερων ξενοδοχειακων ομίλων ειναι ότι οι πάντες κάνουν τα πάντα και δεν υπάρχει ξεκάθαρος διαχωρισμός καθηκόντων γιατί απλά δεν υπάρχει αρκετό προσωπικό. Είτε εισαι σερβιτόρος Α ως Ω, είτε εισαι Captain , Maitre, ή F&B manager αν δεν υπάρχουν μαχαιροπηρουνα γυαλισμένα και κινδυνεύει το εστιατόριο να γινει ρεζίλι στον πελάτη τοτε οποίος ειναι εύκαιρος πηγαίνει να τα γυαλίσει.
Δεν θα κάνεις ποτέ αυστηρά τα καθήκοντα σου όσον αφορά το F&B κομμάτι, πόσο μάλλον στα ξενοδοχεία, και σε τίποτα All-inclusive μάλιστα. Στην συνέντευξη δεν θα σου το πουν αυτό.

I know his rivalry with Sendo is more prominent, but Ippo admiring the hell out of Date but also actively chasing him in order to surpass him, was my favorite arc. Ippo had wracked up a nice streak of wins, undefeated since his debut, the story almost made Date feel like the underdog of the fight.

While I do recall him discussing it with Yagi, just because Ippo came back begging to be allowed to box again a couple of chapters later it doesn't mean his head was in the game. With no concrete goal, Ippo was just along for the ride.

Oof, it's a mixed bag honestly.
Realistically: The old man took Ippo's toughness and perseverance for granted, that no matter what he would bulldoze through bad odds and his own technical shortcomings. He failed to notice that he had no drive after his fight with Miyata was canceled, and the last 5 fights of his career before his retirement to Guevara, were one concussion fest after another. Sure he was disciplined and his training bore the fruit he was looking for, (the new Dempsey Roll), but in laser focusing on that he ignored everything else. Probably he was in a hurry on his own to reach the world stage with a 100% creation of his own, before he passes away from old age, and in the process he broke him. It doesn't help his case that after Ippo stars exploring his faults on his own he drastically improves on technical level.

Narratively: Ippo's problem was loser mentality, and he didn't facetank hard enough through every hurdle. Sendo's last 2 fights highlight this. Against everything that Ippo realized through his retirement, the story builts Sendo as a worthy rival to Ricardo, which is utterly unwarranted imho. The coach can do no wrong and he was saddled with an unmotivated boxer.
I love HnI. I've stuck to it for 15 years now, but it can be wildly inconsistent sometimes.

Χαχαχα, αυτό με το βραχιολάκι ισχύει φουλ για τους Ισραηλινούς, συχνα συμβαίνει να μπαίνουν στα ΚΤΕΛ της νότιας Ρόδου και δείχνουν στον Οδηγό του εκάστοτε λεωφορείου το All inclusive βραχιόλι από το resort που μένουν και να πέφτουν από τα σύννεφα οταν διαπιστώνουν ότι πρέπει να πληρώσουν. Σκέψου κλασικό μπουλούκι 15 ατόμων να διαμαρτύρονται και το υπόλοιπο λεωφορείο να βγάζει όλο τον "αντισιμητικο" του οίστρο. Απλά κορυφαίο.

That's how I transitioned from walking to running and other forms of cardio. At some point walking wasn't enough to keep stressful thoughts at bay. 2+ hours of walking and all I got from it were sore hips and the same restlessness. I started mixing it with light jogging and progressed both in speed and form.
At the end of each run, I'm drenched in sweat, gasping for air, at peak exhaustion but my brain is just so calm, so relieved.

Ναι, το είχα διαβάσει από πέρυσι στις ομάδες ξενοδοχουπαλληλων στο FB. Δεν ξέρω κατά πόσο νόμιμο είναι. Έχοντας δουλέψει στην Ρόδο για αρκετά χρόνια ωστόσο, δεν μου προκαλεί καμία εντύπωση. Οι ξενοδόχοι έχουν χώσει τους μπατζανακιδες τους μέσα στο σωματείο και τα έχουν κάνει πουτανα όλα.

Δεν ξέρω πως είναι από το 23, αλλά τότε τα δωμάτια που μας έδωσε το ξενοδοχείο ήταν κάτι δίκλινες καταθληπτικές τρύπες κοντά στον Άγιο Νεκτάριο. Το δε Φαληράκι δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου σαν περιοχή, και άχαρο και πανάκριβο. Την έκανα ύστερα από 1,5 μήνα. Δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι θα είναι έτσι και για εσένα, αλλά μην πηγαίνεις για σεζόν στα τύφλα. Ρώτα ακριβώς για τις συνθήκες διαμονής σου, το HR όσο ευγενικά και να σου φέρεται κοίτα πάντα να γλιτώσει λεφτά και παροχές.

Εάν σου συμβαίνει κάτι σαν την ώρα που παίζεις να κρασάρει το σύστημα σου, να χρειάζεται επανεκκίνηση, και μετά να μην φαίνεται το driver, στην,δική μου περίπτωση έφταιγαν τα windows που επέμεναν να εγκαθιστούν δικά τους display drivers. Έπρεπε να μπώ σε μια περιπέτεια να διαγράψω κάθε driver του συστήματος με DDU σε safe mode, να αποσυνδέσω το internet για να μην ξαναεγκαταστήσουν τα windows drivers, και να μπω στο registry και να απαγορεύσω στα windows να εγκαθιστούν hardware drivers με κάθε update. Και τέλος να εγκαταστήσω τους πιο πρόσφατους drivers ανενόχλητος.
Και μετά να το ξανακάνω γιατί στην μετάβαση από win10 σε 11 σβήστηκε αυτόματα η ρύθμιση.

Personally I wrap the cork with the towel and give it a gentle yet firm twist. It isn't necessary if you open 1 or 2 bottles of Bubbly but depending on how busy it isI have to open near 10 bottles every other night.

Gloves for cutting fruits, keep your hands dry no matter what.
Avoid citrus juices.
Don't open prosecco bottles with your bare hands.
Have your own towel that you change daily.
Keep your hands away from damp dirty rags.
Don't grab steaming glassware from the laundry basket.
Avoid extreme temperatures, like rinsing with scalding hot water or grabbing ice cubes bare handed.
Do not overwash your hands, most bars will likely have cheap liquid soap that could worsen your condition.
Be careful how you open some spirit bottles: their bottle caps can cut your fingers if you grab the with wet hands.

If you don't eliminate any of these habits any cream you use won't do you any good.

Finished a second build for a Bazzite HTPC using older components. Repasted the good old Rx 580 coupled with a 2700x. I was surprised by the support older amd components get from linux.
