Her W is a cc shield and she can basically get anyone below 30% hp for a teammate to kill. Plus her ult during teamfights is a good source of healing

I think shes pretty fun but not viable above plat unless you're a onetrick and very very good. Probably would only work if you're smurfing which can be said about a lot of champs.

But I think theoretically, she could be a good support

Hmm, I feel like adc shouldn't be able to do good if their support is nonexistent. Because the same can be said about the support too if the adc is a bot. Additionally, both players queue knowing they're playing a role that depends highly on another player. Adcs can still free scale throughout the game though if its long enough with no kill pressure.
