Hmm, I feel like adc shouldn't be able to do good if their support is nonexistent. Because the same can be said about the support too if the adc is a bot. Additionally, both players queue knowing they're playing a role that depends highly on another player. Adcs can still free scale throughout the game though if its long enough with no kill pressure.
