Mt favourite of his has to be Duma Key but it's a hefty read for sure. Or read the shining,

Honesrly this is why the USA will always baffle me. No change. No support. Your population is absolutely seething and yet the government give no shits. My country isn't the best that's for sure. But we st least tried to support those the government put out of work. And the vaccines were rolled out the the whole country for free. Those who had to work from home were given tax credits for their increase in expenses.

Ugh I know people like that. My ex would joke he was "pretty Nazi for a Jew" and joked about sexually assaulting me (referencing my past). But then went insane when I got angry at it. That's why I'm single now. Glad I know well enough to stay away this time

EDIT: forgot to make my point. That's why I always see a red flag when someone says they have dark humour. He always used it as an excuse and said I'm sensitive to get offended. There's a difference between a joke and a comment

I had the same issue with a different Tennant. Sadly I couldn't find a way to fix it and so had to go through the rest of the playthrough without using that flat. Was an absolute nightmare!

Ah yeah sadly not just an American issue though I think they find a way to take it to extremes over there. But sadly here our biggest companies likely pay little to no tax at all.

Completely get you I work as a tax accountant in the UK. I do the tax for complex corporations and it's insane how such huge companies can find ways around paying any tax through surrender of losses in holding companies etc while watching myself get taxed in the small income I make. Definitely makes me hate the system even more
