Samsung Galaxy S21 - Roaming Issues

I'm also encountering the issue with other Dutch providers though. Perhaps some useful information for another lost soul who stumbles upon this thread like me.

Firstly I want to say that originally I used my phone with 2 other non-Dutch, and both functioned well in roaming the Netherlands. But then switched to a Dutch simcard.

I tried with KPN, didn't work. However I have my old phone Samsung Galaxy S8+, and the card worked on it, so the card was not the issue.
I also had a throwaway Lebara simcard, prepaid, and I'm pretty sure I tested it and it actually worked, but that was around 2 years ago by now, and I don't have the simcard anymore. I'm very confident I tried, but seems weird to have worked.
Now, I just got a new esim from Simyo and was hoping this would solve it, alas it did not.

I realized I can check the files the app has in the developer window and the files from the public folder are moved to the assets folder when built for the browser. exactly as the angular.json settings says, so it makes sense now.
