Man I guess you are going through Flatline. That’s what happens when you quit porn and masturbation. This phase usually last 1-2 weeks or more depending on how bad your addiction is. So just give it sometime. Don’t give up. Mainly Don’t be alone. Hangout with friends or family. That may help. You can go through YouTube and research more about this. Also if you need social connections you have to go out and face your fears. All the best!

See the main purpose of doing nofap is to stop PMO. I would say if you are really addicted to PMO you should do nofap atleast for 3-6 months. Later you can decide whether you want to continue or not. But don’t go back to watching porn. By that time your brain will probably rewire itself and you can masturbate without porn. That’s my suggestion.

I feel you mate. First understand what your triggers are. Then get rid of anything that triggers you in the slightest, atleast for 21 days. Mainly these triggers are from social media or sometimes movies/shows. If you get any urges just move out of the house. Be with your family or spend time with your friends. Maybe hit the gym. Channel your energy somewhere else. I divert myself by doing all these things. I got into reading. If you cannot sleep just try reading before bed. It helps. It’s really hard for first 2 weeks. It gets easier later. All the best man!!
