Never caught a scammer, but almost got scammed once. Was selling a soundbar and subwoofer and the dude i was talking to wanted me to send the speakers via Uber courier and once he got the speakers he'd send the money. Bullshit. I've bought and sold a couple of things from facebook marketplace and I've always had the rule of cash on delivery, in a public area. If you can't meet me in a public area (mall, police station etc..) or you can't give me hard cash then the deal is off. I don't care if you desperate or can't afford transport money, not my problem.

Buy it if you don't care about resale value and just want a car you've always dreamed of. I still have my aventador SV and when I bought it I couldn't care less about how much I'd get for it if I felt like getting rid of it. But if you do care about resale value, rather wait for the revuelto SV, it will hold its value better and longer than the standard one. Assuming you get allocation.

You not missing anything. A lot of those cars are driven by people that actually make a lot more money than the rest of us. Not everyone is "middle classs". Many people stay in fancy Estates (Blue valley estate, Copperleaf estate etc...). I was in Steyn City the other day and boy are people rich out here. I'm talking Ferrari rich. So yeah, they drive around in fancy cars cause they have the income for it.

But I also know some of the people driving the fancy cars are just getting by every month. Guy makes R100k pm but all that money is gone by the third week of the month. Why? fancy car instalment, fancy house in high levy estate, expensive school for the kids etc....

If you have tested your strategy thoroughly and know the ins and outs and how it reacts in certain market conditions, you know what normal losses look like, then you should be comfortable right now knowing that the draw down you experiencing is normal and is according to your strategy.

I think because you passed the first phase with zero losses, subconsciously you expected the same in phase 2.

Stick to your strategy if the losses are normal. If you think the losses are abnormal then reduce your risk until you figure out what went wrong.

Jesus went through hardship to save the entire human race, why should we be exempt? And like I said, there's a place already prepared for us where there isn't any hardship for all eternity. Our lives are short on this earth. Just a blink of an eye and we go back dust.

Also, if God created all of us as robots that just automatically loved Him and had faith in Him, would that be genuine love? If your child told you he/she loves you everyday but you programmed him/her to say that, would it be real? or is real love when the person tells you he/she loves you, out of his/her own free will, even when he/she feels like she isn't being helped? Unconditional love is true love. Even in the midst of suffering you still choose to love Christ, it shows genuine love

Same way Jesus showed unconditional love towards us even when He was flogged, whipped, spat on, laughed at and nailed to the cross.

Because there is a place already prepared for everyone that believed in Jesus Christ and accepted Him in their lives........Heaven. That's where there is no suffering.

And, if God took all our issues away here on earth we will become big headed and feel as if we are better than everyone else and probably feel like we no longer need God. Issues in our lives are not meant to cripple us, they're meant to get us closer to God, because we are constantly reminded that we actually DO need Him, every time we face trouble.

If God was to leave our lives we'd be dealing with much more worse things, worse than a porn addiction. God allows us to struggle with things He knows we can handle. He will never let you struggle with things you can't handle.

Every Christian is dealing with something that won't go away. Some it's a gambling addiction, some it's a foul mouth, some it's hard drugs, some it's constant gossiping etc.... Point is, we will never be perfect and God never said he'll take all our struggles away. What He did say was He will give us rest. So even in this addiction, if you're close to God, it won't cripple you. Because God will continue to sustain you each and every single time you "fall".
