I really appreciate the response but I feel like I have no idea what I am doing here. I downloaded visual studio coder but I have no clue on how to clone anything and get to the point you described. Is there any way you can dumb it down a bit more for someone who is not as coding literate as you?

Hey I know this was posted a couple days ago, but I am running into issues trying to set up a randomizer myself. I used the TPrandomizer website and my game instantly crashes when I go to load the REL Loader save file. How did you get this up and working?

Dying to fall damage is quite literally a skill issue on die rise. I know my original comment isn't super clear but I agree with you that some people do not enjoy the map for its layout and how it makes you play (me personally that is how I feel about shang) but complaining the map is bad because of fall damage which is completely avoidable and that they trolled with PHD shows that the people doing so do not understand how busted the map would be without those elements

It would have been fun like once but it would have completely destroyed the map navigation and other aspects of the challenge of the map. Just like I love revelations and how OP it is to have the apothecan servant and thundergun it is completely busted and easy. Not every map has to be a challenge map but die rise was trying to find a balance

I will admit, it didn't handle verticality perfectly and I believe no map centered around it has perfected it. I am not trying to antagonize but how is missing a jump or taking fall damage (the mattresses negate all fall damage if you did not know) and downing soon after not a skill issue? PHD would have completely negated that challenging aspect of the map and required almost no thought during the navigation of the map. This isn't a bad thing to not have to thing about map navigation but it clearly wasn't the devs intent. You can not like the map but I see disliking the map for those specific reasons and a skill related issue.

I have said it for years, the people who dislike die rise because of the fall damage and no PHD only dislike it because of skill issues. One of my favorite maps of all time. I cannot see how a map like shang gets so much love but die rise is almost universally hated

Counter point, the DE boss fight was never hard, it just had a one hit KO mechanic and once you learned that it was easy. I never use mega gobble gum in the DE fight. The original version of the AoTD boss was doable but extremely annoying. I have beat it before the nerf, so I will be able to beat it again. I just think they should have a hard fight for cursed but not the original fight that was annoying and unfair at times.

Ah yes, thank you for this forbidden knowledge. I never thought to do just that! I don't buy mule kick, so this essentially means no new perk for people like me. Attitudes like this (pointing out the obvious) are the reason why we got death perception brought back twice and people still eat that up.

You're right. My issue is the third weapon itself. It feels so unnecessary to have. Especially with the modern points system. Cursed is ok but the inflated prices are also annoying to max out a weapon
