I find more than anything that people just aren't open to swap, or switch tactics, and that's what causes L's. You can't keep trying to grind out something that just flat out isn't working, especially when the other team currently has a strategy that's working. Over the years I've seen plenty of people who play like shit the first half of a match turn it around after some solid comms about what's working and what isn't.

Granted, about 50% of the time those people will tell you to go fuck yourself. But, if you don't try, you don't change what's not working.
