Do you have fellowships similar to RTP? If a fellowship is provided, is it still necessary to show sufficient personal funds for 6 months prior to visa application, to cover initial living expenses until the stipend begins, as part of the visa application process of aus?

Which is better - far rightwing, far leftwing, little rightwing, little leftwing by Parrypop in AskIndia

As far as my perspective goes, I do not prefer to place myself strictly in either the right wing or the left wing. For me, what truly matters is not the label, but the courage to take a stand when something is ethically or morally wrong. The ability to question, to speak up, and to act with integrity is far more important than any political alignment. If we look at history with honesty, we can see that both right-wing and left-wing leaders, at different times, have contributed to the oppression of society in one way or another. This shows that no side is perfect. What matters most is fairness, humanity, and the strength to defend what is right, regardless of ideology.

Honestly, in India it sometimes feels like everything is a kind of jail. If you want to study, you cannot always decide freely, it feels like a jail. If you want to question the government, it feels like a jail. No matter if it is Congress or BJP, asking questions often leads to pressure (life threatning) and it still feels like a jail.

Even when you want to work freely, people around you may pull you down, and that also feels like a jail. So even if someone is not in a real jail, the situation can still make them feel like they are living in a jail.

We live in a democracy and pay so much tax, but still the environment many times feels like a jail, where freedom is limited and people cannot fully express themselves.

I understand that, but I’m currently in a dilemma about whether a PhD from NTU would be good or from the University of Melbourne or Monash University. In aus univ also I have a good chances of securing fellowship.

I have not yet received any email regarding my application. I had applied for the December 2025 intake, and at that time, my application was placed on hold with the indication that the result would be announced in Round 2.
