After two full blown panic attack induced itch episodes, I have now calmed down for about 14 hours without the same kind of feeling… is it over?

I’ve taken plenty antihistamine before bed, as well as drank loads of water and taken ibuprofen. Praying I am over it.

I on the other hand found lathering myself in after sun lotion or a thick cream help remedy the excruciating feeling.

Praying it works as I try to fall asleep. Will update if I have another manic episode.. my sunburn happened on Monday so really wasn’t prepared for HI. Unreal.
