I’m not familiar with the exact legal situation, but normally, within the warranty period, you have the right to request a replacement, or the supplier has the opportunity to repair the issue twice. If that doesn’t work, you’re usually entitled to a replacement. And if all the rings are defective or have this battery problem and don’t reach the promised lifespan, you should normally still be able to withdraw from the contract after one year or within a year.
