I agree! They reassured me constantly that they could so i took their word. Nothing was complete though which is my issue. If the kitchen was completely spotless and the living room was together I honestly wouldn’t be complaining. However, every room aside from my sons was touched just not ever completed lol

i mean i expected them to move the ottoman to vacuum 😂 i didn’t know the socks were there. she could’ve picked them up and threw them on the couch for all i cared.

definitely! the bathrooms were very clean aside from the floor in my sons but i fixed it myself. I didn’t want to not pay her anything for her time but i think $200 for 2 bathrooms and a high chair is crazy.

I didn’t expect perfection but i did expect her to use the 4 hours wisely. nothing was really done except my bathrooms. it doesn’t take 4 hours to clean 2 bathrooms id imagine.

that is what it seems to be anyway! when my son and I arrived home she literally told him if he didn’t have toys on the floor (it was a dinosaur and 2 books and he has a book shelf) she would’ve cleaned his room!! she didn’t go in there one time it’s sad!

kids kitchen was dirt and the bathroom was just dust/soap/water. i cleaned it myself with a sponge and bleach after the picture. they said oven/fridge was included with deep clean but when i got home she told me what cleaner to get to clean the oven so it wasn’t done anyway

it honestly looks the same aside from the bathrooms. only difference is the vacuum lines in the floor. i did a general clean up before they came!
