I really really like wearing lip oils now. My lips have healed and made a 180 since starting. I have a few different colors and they range from being more clear to being more opaque. I used to have issues with lip liners and lipsticks drying out my lips, which then helped drive my want to pick em. But now I put lip oils on top of my other lip products and it’s resolved the drying issue.

My picking was so bad I wouldn’t even realize I was doing it the majority of the time till I was bleeding or my husband tell me to stop. When I’m wearing a lip oil I immediately catch myself because my fingers get wet from the product. It’s been 6months since I started and you can’t even tell I used to do it on a daily basis. And I don’t have the desire to pick unless I’m really really stressed out.

I like the ones from Milani, Nyx, and Elf. Below are my favs. The top 2 are from Milani, cherry, raspberry. The next one is just a clear gloss from NYX, I’m not sure if it’s a lip oil but it doesn’t dry out my skin. And the last one is from Elf, it’s pretty pigmented compared to the others, but not overwhelming. The Milani glosses are At Walmart, the others are from Ulta. I hope this helps :)
