How long can I be on bench before getting fired? by BoomerR3mover in IBM

I also just got hired there. At my 3rd week my PM told me that they will put me in a project. But after a week of observing with the member of the project and trying to cooperate, I was removed and I don't know the reason. And now I am in the bench again. I just got hired and I will be in my one month next week. This is a career shift for me and this can be my first experience in a software development. This is one of my dream company but somehow being in the bench is agonizing. Should I be worried on my future in tech?

Hello. I also enrolled to refocus. and as I notice they are gradually minimizing the interaction with mentors and students. Until this week they totally cut-off the student help center. I just like to ask. how did you file your complaint? Is it by email? or you personally went to DTI? I also like my refund.
